Transitional Housing Initiative and Mental Health Services for Veterans, their families and Returning Citizens.

Our mission is to provide housing and mental health services to homeless veterans, their families and returning citizens. We want to solve the problems with homelessness as it primarily pertains to veterans, their families (and returning citizens), while providing services to enhance Quality of Life of all target clients.

We are seeking funding because we are a non profit that advocates for homeless veterans, returning citizens, and mental health. In order to deliver the services envisioned by our leadership, we will need adequate funding for housing projects to offer quality services across the nation. Our team consist of the owner, whom is responsible for the initiative, being the daughter of a veteran. Our team also is equipped with a female that has been in the non profit housing industry for over 20 years as owner of an assisted living community. We have a marketing team that simulate our vision on social media platforms and flyers throughout the community. We are equipped with a volunteer in-house paralegal to assist in our public presentation efforts.

 

We want to Thank all of our current, future and potential supporters and we will show in our actions that a chance really matters. You too, are part of our mission to "Give Our Veterans Another Chance"

The market size is stark considering the fluctuation in the housing market post coronavirus pandemic. The opportunity is however vast, considering that no matter how many like organizations, homelessness and mental illness issues need consistent hands-on advocacy.

 

 

 

The housing options solve the problem because it reduces the homelessness rate and simultaneously coordinate services to individuals suffering from mental illnesses. This in turn enhance to quality of life features in the communities across the nation.

Chance Matters, Inc. mission is to end homelessness by providing supportive housing for veterans, their families and returning citizens; while simultaneously enhancing quality of life features with an array of mental health services, programs and activities for our target clients.
